It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Anne Kerstiens Powell of Bentonville, Arkansas, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frank Parker; her husbands, Walter "Sonny" Kerstiens and Billy Jack Powell; and her sons, Mike Kerstiens and Donnie Kerstiens.

She is survived by: her children, Ray Kerstiens, Lisa Hall and Gina Fruik (Glenn); her daughter-in-law Debi Kerstiens; and her sisters, Margie Smith and Diane Wall (Tom). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
