It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvie Hicks of Bentonville, Arkansas, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Ann Self (Cassell) and Isaac W. Self; her sisters, Adel Self and Betty Jean Treadway; and her son Ernest Eugene Hicks.
She is survived by: her daughter Marrion Hicks Perry (Rowland); and her grandsons, Michael Allen Hicks (Brenda), Jason Eugene Hicks, Andrew Thomas Shaver (Kelly) and Beau Alexander Shaver. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
