He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Gail McWilliams Blackburn; his son Thomas Paul Blackburn (Freida); his grandchildren, Lauren Blackburn Harter (Jason) and Megan Blackburn Cole (Jason); his great grandchildren, Owen Thomas Harter and Callan Elliott Cole; and his parents, Lloyd Lee and Essie Lois Senter Blackburn.
The family requests that any visitors follow CDC guidelines and social distancing and be prepared to wear a mask to protect family members who cannot be vaccinated at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the building fund at First Baptist Church or to The CARTI Foundation.
