He was predeceased by: his parents, Paulie Andrew Capps and Jessie Murry Capps; his wife Nancy James Capps; and his sisters, Bernice Trent, Mary Smith and Helen Taylor.
He is survived by: his son Brent James (Brittany); his brother Johnny Capps (Jan); his grandchildren, Jordan James Creech (Stetson), Richard James and Gunnar James; his great grandchild Fisher Creech; and his sister-in-law Tammie Adams (Larry). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ashby Funeral Home (108 W Narroway St, Benton, AR 72015). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
