He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalie Herman and Corine Wilson Hooker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his sisters, Sherry Bratton (Joe) of Sheridan, AR and Paula Velazquez of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Highland Heights Baptist Church (1421 Alcoa Blvd, Benton, AR 72015). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Mt. Harmony Cemetery (246 Mt Harmony Dr, Haskell, AR 72015).
