He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wheeler Bullard; his children, Michael Chisim, Yvonne Snyder, LaDonnya McClerkin (Robert) and Chris Wainscott (Amanda); his grandchildren, Brick Beaty, Savannah and Hannah McClerkin; and his siblings, Patricia Eggers and Robert Bullard (Carolyn).
