He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Flo Bylander Whitley; his parents, Eva Whitley and Houston Whitley; and his grandson Matthew Whitley. He is survived by: his sons, Rick Whitley (Sharon) of Harlingen, Randall Whitley (Vicki) of Benton and Mark Whitley of Dana Point, California; and his grandchildren, Clint Whitley (Elizabeth) of Benton, Michael Whitley of Beebe, Jolie Whitley of Little Rock and Brennan Whitley (Brian) of Elk Grove, California. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
