She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer A. Squires and Helen F. Squires (Omalia). She is survived by: her husband George T. Brooks; her children, Christie Rice (Bryan), George Thomas Brooks III and Matthew Brooks (Jessica); her grandchildren, Charlene Dodson, Chelsa Hilborn, Noah Brooks, Simone Brooks, George Brooks IV and Rebecca Brooks; and her great grandchildren, Heath Woodall, Tuff Dodson, Ollie Hilborn and Sailor Chronister.
In lieu of flowers, Sue would love donations to be made to the American Cancer Society where she served on the board.
