He is survived by: his son Thomas Burkhalter (Tammy); his grandchildren, Trea Livingston, Tylor Burkhalter (Libby), Tiffany Hohman (Collin) and Tate Burkhalter; his great grandchildren, Raegan, Sawyer, River, Ronin, Vera, Emmy, Hobbs and Teddy; his family Raylee (Tiffany); and also Tia (Ryan).
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (322 N Market St, Benton, AR 72015).
