He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Larry and Julie Faye West Swayze. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Taber Swayze; his children, Joshua Swayze and Deanna; his son-in-law Joshua Greenfield; his grandson Peyton Matthew Swayze; and his brother Daniel Swayze. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
