He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Sr. Fogarty and Sarah Jeanette Fogarty (Castleberry); his granddaughter Briley; his brothers, Stephen and Kelly Fogarty; and his father-in-law Harmon Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fogarty; his children, Josh Turner (Crystal), Kristen Smith (Ben) and Teddy Arredondo (Kristin); his grandchildren, Jude, Reid, Molly, Parker Smith, Adilynn, Laila and Maddox Arredondo; his sisters, Ann Moore and Ruth Sprester; his mother-in-law Dolores Hunt; and his friend David.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holland Chapel Baptist Church (15523 I-30, Benton, AR 72015). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pinecrest Funeral Home & Memorial Park (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002).
