He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Bland and Luna Denton Bland; his wife Martha Nell Lamb Bland; the mother of his children Emma Lee Gertsch Bland; his daughter Martha Lee Bland Kirby (Leonard Kirby); his grandchildren, Kathy Lampkins Wilson and Lynn Lampkins; his siblings, Lois Marie Bland (Richard Lane), Elva Dean Bland Farnsworth, Clarence Bland, James Bland (Pat Bland) and Faye Chappell; his nieces, Sharon Lane Harp and Selina Lane Kitchens; and his close friend Cherry Bedford of Muldrow, Oklahoma..
He is survived by: his children, Mary Sue (Garry Lee), Linda Jean (Jerry Domerese), Sherry Lynn Ball of Danville, Don (Linda Bland) of Danville and Billy Joe Bland of Danville; his grandchildren, Chris Bland, Pledger Dale Ball, Brody Bland, Layton Lee, Chris Lee, Jeannie Domerese, Amanda Geels and Olivia Bland; his siblings, Fred (Wanda Bland), Wayne (Dean Bland), Mary (Dale Knight) and Sue (James Hood); his nephew Tommy Lane; and also Anita Bland of Belleville. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
