She was predeceased by: her father John Wesley; her husband William S. Morton; her son Charles S. Morton; and her sisters, Ima Putman, Billie Brasher, Verlon Claggett and Faye Derrick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianna (Rod Woodard) and Pamela (Mark Neely); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Ashwin Chandran of Lewisville, TX., Matthew, Jayci Woodard and Olivia Neeley of Kaiserslautern, Germany; and her great grandchildren, Mason Chandran and Jack Woodard. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
