He was predeceased by: his brother Leslie Sammons of Manila, AR. He is survived by: his wife Gail Sammons; his children, Mary, Rick Ford of Cleveland, Renee, Heath Doctorman of Yukon, OK, Freddy Jr and Mykalann Sammons of Jonesboro, AR; his parent-in-law Hoppy Cowgill of Belleville; and also Roberta Cowgill of Belleville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
