She was predeceased by: her parent Dencil A. Carter; and her brother Gary Carter. She is survived by: her mother Polly Carter; and her siblings, Lynn Carter, Steve Carter (Donna) of Belleville, Darrell Carter (Lydia) of Havana and Lisa Owens (Danny) of Plainview.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cornwell Chapel (207 Quay St, Dardanelle, AR 72834). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
