He is survived by: his siblings, Buddy Lipe (Betty) of Danville, Billy Roy Lipe of Belleville, Bernie Rhinehart, Bonnie Willis (Albert) of Vilonia and Betty Potter; and his sister-in-law Pam Lipe of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
