He is survived by: his children, Michelle Fowler (Jason), Chris Noblett (Rob), Stephen Duncan (Pattie), Mike Duncan and Pam Duncan Whala (Bill); his sister Charlotte Cacioppo (Jay); his sisters-in-law, Teresa Duncan and Jeanette Becvay; his daughter-in-law Christina Noblett; his grandchildren, Jake Fowler (Alexie), Beth Lassiter, Bryce Robinson, Blake Harris (Kelby), Jessica Noblett (Henri), Cole Noblett, Brantly Noblett, Donnie Harris (Taylor), Michael Johnson, Stephen Duncan Jr., Brittany Duncan, Billy Whala (Kenzi) and Coleen Green (Ken); his great grandchildren, Wylie, Kassidy, Oakley, Slaten, Reese, Scarlett, Olivia, Bella, Ryver, Madi, Bentley, Jace, Elijah, Braden, Peyton, Cody and Alistair; his niece-in-law Mary Tinsley; his pets, Elsa and Evvie; and also Othalene Inman. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Russell Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
