He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Marie Owens; his siblings, Louis Owens of Richard Owens and Betty Dunham; and his grandson Preston Matthew Owens. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Owens of North Dakota and Jason Owens (Denise) of Pottsville; his siblings, Troy Owens, Nita Lerssen, Judy Wallravin, Linda Westphal and Brenda Bettiegrue; and his grandchild Amber Nichole Schmoll (Tyler) of Pottsville.
