He is survived by: his wife Loleta Petty Haskins of Chanute, KS; his daughters, Jennifer Pazzie (Steve) of Augusta, KS and Jeanette Van Allen (Tim) of Bella Vista, AR; his brothers, Robert Haskins of Lebanon, OH, Chris Carlburg of Wichita, KS and Dick Carlburg of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Jeremy Pazzie of Augusta, KS, Caleb Pazzie (Megan) of Topeka, KS, Madison Sandig of Bentonville, AR, Cole Sandig of Denver, CO, Sarah Huynh (Eric) of Maple Valley, WA and Daniel Van Allen of Boston, MA; and his great grandchildren, Luke, William Huynh and Hailey Pazzie.
