He is survived by: his daughters, Patsy Wills of Bella Vista and Janet; his son-in-law Robin Perkins of Rogers; his granddaughter Brittany Perkins of Rogers; his wife Nikki Perkins of Lithia, Florida; his great grandchildren, Dallas of Lithia and Addyson of Lithia; his sister Helen Kennedy of San Angelo, Texas; and his close friends, Joe and Linda Carter of El Paso, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
