He was predeceased by: his parents, Thorie Bruce and Agnus Bruce; his daughter Stephanie Olafson; and his brother Carson Olafson. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Olafson; his son Michael Olafson of Montana; his grandson Cole Kirk; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Olafson of Washington. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
