He is survived by: his parents, Paul Owen Banzhaf and Cynda Lou Myers Banzhaf of Lowell; his wife Stephanie Marie Goines; his sons, Christian and Elijah Banzhaf; and his siblings, Tammy Campbell of Pensacola and Brett Banzhaf of Bella Vista.
