He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Pannell and Elsie Pannell. He is survived by: his friend Brock Blosser; his wife Kathy Pannell of Bella Vista, AR; his sons, Thomas Oliver Pannell and William Andrew Pannell; and his grandchildren, Bennett William Pannell, Brooks David Pannell, Chloe Rose Pannell and Tyce Oliver Pannell. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
In his final wishes, Tom, ever the pragmatic and thoughtful man, requested that instead of a traditional celebration of life, donations be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation (https://arpf.donorshops.com), supporting a cause that deeply mattered to him.
