He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis Carney and Paula Victoria Carney (Franz); his brother John Patrick Carney; and his cousins, Michael (Jake) and Ed Franz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Carney and Jill Kleinebreil (Kevin); his grandsons, Clay Kleinebreil (Courtney) and Cory Kleinebreil; his siblings, James Carney (Camille) and Rita Carney; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Holborow (Wayne), Paula Carney, Sean Carney (Stacey) and Beau Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that friends and well-wishers consider making a meaningful donation in Tom's name to one of the non-profit organizations he ardently supported.
