With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Diane O'Neal Whittington of Bella Vista, Arkansas, born in Nashville, Arkansas, who passed away on September 19, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Jurdon O'Neal and Linda Faye Wade. She is survived by: her sisters, Susan Smith (Mark) of Nashville and Shelia Hardin of Ashdown, Arkansas; her children, Todd McCullough (Jamie) of Garfield and Toni McCullough of Bella Vista; her grandchildren, Blake McCullough (Kaitlin) of Eureka Springs and Brittany Schooley (John) of Pea Ridge; and her great grandchildren, Everleigh Mccullough, Carson McCullough of Eureka Springs, Brentley Schooley and Kinsley Schooley of Pea Ridge, Arkansas. She is also survived by two nieces, one nephew and many friends.
