It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Rowe of Bella Vista, Arkansas, born in Elroy, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband W. John Rowe; and her parents, Oscar W. Neuman and Evelyn M. Neuman. She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Collins and William Neuman; her children, Cathy Casey (Joe) of Bixby, Oklahoma and Thomas Rowe (Jan) of Colleyville, Texas; and her grandchildren, Deborah Stanhope (Bradley) of Mounds, Oklahoma, Bradley Kmita (Kim) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Grant Rowe (Viktoria) of Coppell, Texas and Clark Rowe of Irving. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Bella Vista Community Church in Bella Vista, Arkansas where she and John were members for over 30 years.
