He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Henry (Hicks); his daughter Tiffany Leigh Baird (Chad) of Pea Ridge; his brother Dwayne Henry of Jenks; his grandchildren, Shelbi Mize, Riley Rush, Matt Edwards, Lindsey Baird and Parker Baird; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Blakeleigh, Sophia, Mason and Tatum.
The family asks that memorial contributions can be made to the choice of the Bella Vista Animal Shelter, American Diabetes Association, or the American Heart Association.
