He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Horton and Marjorie Horton (Carter); and his sister Wanda Lee. He is survived by: his wife Karen; and his children, Jon, Lee (Gigi) and Holly. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
