He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. "Frank" Dyke and Elsie L. Dyke (Modesitt); and his brothers, Clyde, Bill and Eugene Dyke.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Sue Koerner of Bella Vista, AR; his children, John L. Dyke (Kara A.) of LaSalle, IL, Robert L. Dyke, Jr. (Bradford Chapman) of Fort Worth, TX, Shane Newell (Heather) of Bentonville, AR, Travis Newell (Tami) of Bentonville, AR, Shawn Newell of Bella Vista, AR, Ronda Dyke of Wichita, KS and Tammy Tanquary (Dyke) of Thayer, KS; and his brothers, Jack Dyke (Kathy) of Thayer, KS and Charles Dyke (Linda) of Centerton, AR. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested and payable to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
