It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Gene Kramer of Bella Vista, Arkansas, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Deborah McCarty; and his parents, Ivan Kramer and Mary Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kramer; his children, Mike and Nancy; his grandchildren, Jesse Haddock, Andrea Kramer, Emeline McCarty, Robert "Robbie" McCarty, Jr. and John James "JJ" Kramer; and his great grandchild Allie Kramer. He is also survived by friends, many beloved family pets.
