She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip L. Moore and Julia M. Moore; her son Jeffry Scott Dallas; and her siblings, Julia Ann Moore and J. G. Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Guy O. Dallas, Jr.; her children, Melinda Caryl Dallas and Kenton Guy Dallas; her siblings, Marion Joyce Harris (Edwin Dale Harris) and Phillip L. Moore, Jr. (Mary Moore); and her grandchildren, Shelby Nicole Dallas and Shane Kenton Dallas.
After being diagnosed with Alzheimer's she volunteered for a drug trial and was active in promoting more funding for Alzheimer's Research.
