She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Coquillard and Muriel Coquillard; and her brothers, Jerry and John Coquillard. She is survived by: her children, Michael of Palm Springs, CA, Jeffery (Jacqueline) of South Elgin, IL and Heather Lopez (Adam) of Elgin, IL; her grandchildren, James, David, Nicole, Julie and Isabelle; and her spouse Dale.
