She is survived by: her daughter Darla Eleni Achterberg of Bella Vista, Arkansas; and her siblings, Ray Smith (Deborah), Everett Smith (Carmen), Bruce Smith (Cecelia), Sharon Allen, Darlene Hudson (Bud) and Carol Perkins. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
