He is survived by: his wife Georgia Johnson; his children, Michelle Rushing (Terry) of Bella Vista, Michael Lorren Johnson (Kathy) of Bella Vista, Jonathon Johnson of Independence, Kansas and Shane Johnson (Sue) of Independence, Kansas; his sister Patricia Love of Colorado; his grandchildren, Chelsey, Joshua, Tristan, Bethany, Ashton, Matthew, Ian, Jacob, Byon, James, Kourtney and Luke; and his great grandchild Liam. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
