He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Hohl and Mary Hohl (Brost). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Lee (Schwanke); and his children, Sharee (Scott), Michael (Doris), Mary, Dean, John (Linda), Marvin (Heidi) and Stephanie (Damien). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Legion Post 100 or Circle of Life Hospice.
