She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Bergquist and Lena Bergquist (Turner); her siblings, Donna Pergande and Stephen Bergquist; her husband Richart S. Hartzell; and her son Richard B. Hartzell.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Annette Hartzell of Overland Park, KS; her grandchildren, Lauren Hartzell of Imperial Beach, CA, Richard Hartzell of San Clemente, CA and Kristen Hartzell of Kansas City, MO; and her nephew Bruce Hartzell.
