She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Hayworth (Arnold) of Seligman, Missouri; her children, Haskell Fuller (Sonia) of Bentonville, Edgar Fuller (Cinthia) of Gravette, Arkansas and Jo Mead of Bella Vista, Arkansas; and her siblings, Roy Hayworth (Debbie) of Avoca, Donald Hayworth (Donetta) of Seligman, Missouri, Joyce Beck (Leonard) of Purdy, Connie Severs of Purdy and Dorothy Baggett of Seligman. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
