He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Klotz (Maziarczyk) and Marshall Klotz. He is survived by: his children, Steven Klotz (Dawn), Dale Klotz (Robin), Scott Klotz (Renee) and Wendy Hernandez (Henry); his grandchildren, Valerie, Daniel, Michael and Anna; and his brother Gerald Klotz (Mary Ellen). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
