She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Kent Neal and Rose Ellen Neal (Bailey); and her sister Sheila Ann Williams. She is survived by: her sisters, Terrie Diane (Neal), McMillan (James) of Bella Vista, Sandra Lynn (Neal) and Coey (Brian) of Golden Valley, Arizona.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, several nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
