She was predeceased by: her parents, Etta Jane Borders Weldon and Elzia Bryan Weldon; her husband Roy Lewis Johnson; her siblings, Martha Jo Murray and George Weldon; and her son-in-law Ronald L. Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Lewis Johnson (Melissa), Kathryn Johnson Martin and Roger Kent Johnson (Jill); her grandchildren, Julie Johnson (Dawn), Chris Johnson, Phillip Martin (Elo) and Erik Martin; her great grandchildren, Madeline, Erik, Bailey, Aurora and Ben; her stepgreat-grandsons, Dylan Harman and Bill Gray; and also Shirley (Johnson). She is also survived by several nephews and nieces, and a sister.
