He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Fraka and Margaret Fraka; and his son Jonathan Fraka. He is survived by: his wife Patti Fraka; his son Jason of Bella Vista, AR; his daughter-in-law Leilani Fraka of Bella Vista, AR; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Erica Fraka of Paola, KS; and his sister Janet Fraka Casiano of New York, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
