He was predeceased by: his parents, Estil Thomas of Kanawa City, WV and Genevieve Thomas; and his brother Ronald Allen Thomas (Columbus). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A Thomas of Bella Vista; his children, Jason Thomas of Elyria and Laurie Sharem of Lodie Oh; and his sisters, Beverly Rings of Columbus, OH and Francis Widener of Bentonville.
