She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Lewallen and Johnnie Lewallen (Bolding); her brothers, Clark and Frank Lewallen; her husband Charles Faulkner; her son Douglas Faulkner; and her granddaughter Angela Faulkner.
She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte Potter (Gary Potter); her grandsons, Bill Douglas Potter (Kathy) and Andrew Faulkner (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Matthew Potter (Amanda), Daniel Potter (Kelsey), Range, River and London Faulkner; her great great grandchildren, Samuel Potter and Evelyn Potter; her nieces and nephews, Jo Ann Sievers, Mary Lois Mills, Raymond, Larry and John Lewallen; and her sister-in-law Eva May Brown.
