He was predeceased by: his parents, ReVern Holm and Anna Holm (Fitz). He is survived by: his wife Jan; his son Kevin Holm of Cedar Falls, IA; and his grandchildren, Jesse Holm, Erin Holm and Jordan Holm. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theodore's Episcopal Church (1001 Kingsland Rd, Bella Vista, AR 72714).
