He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Swafford and Ethel Bonar Swafford. He is survived by: his wife Janet (Grab); his children, Wayne (Beth), Laura Fulton Cave Creek and David of Fairfield, IA.; his grandchildren, Chelsea Huisman (Jeremy) of Polk City, IA, Ashley, Paul, Lucas and Perth; and his great grandchildren, Brynley and Camden Huisman.
