It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Owen Elam of Bella Vista, Arkansas, born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Elam, Sr. and Juanita Elam (Reed); and his siblings, John C. Elam Jr., Dixie Levene and Wanda Britain of Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Price; his sister Nancy Busen (Rudy) of Rogers, Arkansas; and his pets, Zoe and Bippy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
