She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fausett and Dorothy Fausett; her husband Amos Duckworth; her daughters, Janice Smith and Janet Bumgarner; and her siblings, Bill Bruffett, Gene Fausett and Roberta Green.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Jeremy Bumgarner (Josie), Derek Bumgarner (Hannah) and Stacy Moore (Cecil); her great grandchildren, Jakari, Kam, Mack, Braxton, Skylar, Xavier, Jada and Makayla; and her sons-in-law, Jerry Bumgarner and Lee Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
