She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Christianson and Carrie Christianson (Severson); her husband Eugene Polaski (Gene); her daughter Linda Charpentier (Lin); and her brothers, Glenn, Kenneth, Johnnie and Harris Christianson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Polaski of Cedar Rapids, IA, Julie Polaski of Phoenix, AZ and Jeffrey Polaski of Hayward, WI.; and her grandchildren, Livia, Leif, Craig, Adam, Mike T and Luke.
