He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L., Jr. and Hazel Newby; and his brother Jay Newby. He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Kathryn Newby of Albertville, MN, Logan Newby of Bella Vista, AR and Joel Newby (Patti) of Lake Elmo, MN.; his grandchildren, Aaron Newby (Tessa), Dan Ekeroth and Kelly Ekeroth; and his great grandchildren, Piper Newby and Zoey Newby.
