It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Sanders Black of Bella Vista, Arkansas, born in Laramie, Wyoming, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Joyce Reasch and Velna Blood; and his grandson Darren Jesse 'DJ Black. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Scott Black (Kathy), Darren Black (Marcy), David Black (Anne) and Brian Black (Stephani); and his sisters, Evetta Averett and Beth Black. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
